Weekly Rental Only - June
4th to August 13th. 7th night free on weekly rates Additional person is $15 per day, or $60 per
week. Free boat slip (one per cottage) included with
cottage rental. Extra slip is $7 per day. One-time charge for $10 for rollaways or cribs. $20 additional charge for one night stays. $10 additional charge for day guests. Prior
approval required before inviting guests.

BASS BOATS
*Bass boat #1 is a Tracker TX-17 equipped with 40
hp, trolling motor, fish finder, live well, lights, life vests, pedestal
seats, casting decks front and rear. Maximum of four persons. Two
recommended.
*Bass Boat #2 is a Tracker Magna 17 deep "V" equipped with 60 hp, trolling
motor, fish finder, live well, lights, life vests, front deck w/pedestal
seat. Maximum of six persons. Four recommended.

Just want a guide? We can arrange this for
you too. Guides usually run about $250 per day or $200 for half day.
OUR RESERVATION
POLICY A deposit of $200, or 1/2 cottage
and/or boat rental (whichever is less) is required for each cottage
and/or boat reserved. Non credit card deposits (check or money order)
must be received within 7 days. Deposit will be refunded (minus a
$25.00 handling fee) only if reservation is filled completely.
Late arrivals, Early departures, and no-shows will be Charged for all
days reserved.
